Co-founder
Miguel is a CPA whose career spans government, private business, real estate and fractional CFO advisory. He focuses on budgeting and forecasting, cash-flow management, reporting and strategic decision support. Miguel has led finance modernization and process- improvement initiatives, including automation and reporting enhancements. His experience includes multi-entity finance, capital planning, real-estate development analysis and rental-property management. Through Stratifi, Miguel brings strategic finance, modernization and project-based support.
Justin Nadeau, CPA
Co-founder
Justin is a CPA with broad finance experience across government, consulting and executive leadership. He currently serves as CFO for a diversified group of operating companies and related holding companies, overseeing finance, accounting and strategic financial management across multiple industries. Throughout his career, Justin has supported budgeting and forecasting, reporting, cash-flow management, governance, capital planning, audits, banking relationships and major projects.
